Here, we set regulations of “the privacy plicy” and implement as below, so as to protect and maitain the personal information, or prevent the risk of those leakage, alternation and lost.
- 1. Along with establishing regulations and provsions for appropriate handling over personal information (e.g. acquisition, use, and provision), we set a department to protect personal information, and provide responsible person for those management.
- 2. When outsourcing the management of personal information, we minimize those information required. We select the consignee who has recognition over the proper handling of personal information. In addition, we also properly manage the consignee to keep the safety control, confidentiality, and prohibition of reconsignment etc.
- 3. Conducted a proper and rational safety control measures, We do effort to prevent the leakages, alternations, and lost of the personal information escrowed or possessed.
- 4. We comply with national law, regulations and standards for the protection of personal information.
- 5. The superiors take the initiative and educate all the employees to disseminate this guidline as well as to improve awareness of the protection of personal information.
- 6. We regularly and continuousely do evaluation and revision for improvement of this guidline and the privacy protection framework, including relevant provisions.
